Summer Camp Program

Summer Camp Basics

Please take a few moments to complete the forms in the packet that you can pick up at the front office of your center.

Reminders:

Your Child will need to bring a sack lunch EVERYDAY, unless it is specified on the calendar as NO LUNCH NEEDED.  Children that do not bring a lunch will be provided with a lunch at a cost of $6/day.

• Sunscreen should be kept at the center along with the completed permission form

Everyday each child should bring:

• A Sack Lunch
• Jacket (just in case)
• A hat or visor
• Water Bottle
• A smiling face

Summer Camp Starts each day at 9:00AM, unless otherwise noted on the calendar.  Children who miss the bus will not be allowed to be dropped off at the destination of the trip.

• Children may not bring money to any of the field trips unless there is a $$ mark on the day of that trip
• Tennis shoes and socks are preferred for EVERYDAY of summer camp.  No flip flops will be allowed on summer trips

Forms that need to be completed:

• Summer Camp Emergency Form
• Summer Camp Rules
• Sunscreen Permission Form
• Insect Repellent Permission Form
• Bus Rules and Permission Form
• Notorized ID and Medical Form (This form Must be NOTORIZED)
• New Students will need a current physical and immunization form completed
• All other students need to make sure their physicals are up to day
